Proprietary Business Method Acknowledgment: The business model, vessel configuration, “VIP Lounge” concept, and regulatory compliance strategies described or alluded to on this Site constitute the proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of Rive Cove LLC. You agree not to copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer the Rive Cove business model based on information obtained from this Site. 

3. PUBLIC VS. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION 

While the marketing materials, general concepts, and visual renderings displayed publicly on this Site are in the public domain, the underlying technical specifications, vendor pricing (including but not limited to A&M Manufacturing), specific USCG Subchapter T filing strategies, and detailed financial projections remain strictly Confidential Information. 

Accessing the public Site does not grant you any right to use, disclose, or replicate the underlying Confidential Information. Any access to such Confidential Information requires the execution of a separate Mutual Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-

Competition Agreement (the “NDA”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed NDA, the terms of the NDA shall govern. 

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND NO-SCRAPING CLAUSE 

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree not to: (a) Use any robot, spider, scraper, AI harvesting tool, or other automated means to access, copy, or extract data, images, pricing structures, or layout designs from the Site for any commercial or competitive purpose; (b) Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or bypass any security measures; © Use the Site’s content to develop a competing business or assist a third party in doing so.
